Blog Post with Microsoft Word
If you are on the go, with your tablet or laptop and need to write your posts but no access to internet I will give you a simple solution. Microsoft Word has a template for your blog post; therefore, you can create, save and then upload.
Accessing the Template
Open your Word application, and go to the Search for online templates; type blog post. The application will show the document, just press or click on it. In some Word applications, it shows already various templates including blog post, thus no need for search.


The Work Area
The Clipboard which is similar to the regular Word Clipboard, becomes your working area. You have to create a one time setup of your web page and web service, to properly publish once finish.

In the top left corner, in Manage Accounts you click, and enter your web service and web page information.

You select your blog service, in my case is WordPress, and press next.

Then you add your Web page or Blog Post url, with your account information. Remember, this is a one time setup, Word will remember your information once you start working on its environment.

At last, your Blog will show a check mark that a proper connection has been established.
Writing your Blog
Writing your blog post is similar as writing a document. You can include headings, images, hyperlinks and other features. Once you finish your work, you press Publish. You have two options, direct publish or draft. In my case, I always select draft since I like to check how my document looks like. In addition, you can use certain features available in your web host that personalize your blog.
Conclusion
Using a word processor such as Microsoft Word for creating blog posts can be useful when internet is not available. A one time setup and easy interface between your web provider and your Word, helps your productivity. Hope this blog help you, keep your production and success.
